“You are what you eat”
For our first session of Oblique Life Balance we will be looking into Nutrition. A healthy and balanced diet is one of the most important factors in keeping well, trim and strong!
After a few months of over indulgence we thought what better time to start a new dietary regime than the start of the year. In the session Hannah Richards (Nutritionist) will explore why nutrition is so important, how to create a healthy diet and understand what foods and drinks are good for us.
Leading this session we have Hannah Richards, a Nutritionist who trained with the CHEK institute, California. She is a regular contributor to Evening Standard, The Telegraph, Health for Men and Company magazine as well as being the resident Nutritionist on the ‘Chrissy B Show’ – Sky TV. Hannah is an Advanced Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor, C.H.E.K Holistic Lifestyle Coach level III and a Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist.
Her aim is to educate and enhance the quality of life for people through food and lifestyle, and balance the body chemically, physically and mentally. Hannah co-ran a holistic health clinic for 5 years before moving to 58 South Molton Street which sees the start of the ‘Gut Clinic’ and the Gut Clinic Retreat’s to Somerset.
The session will be a 1 hour consultation with her and will take place at 58 Well Being Centre.
The session is priced at £15 (£10 for Oblique Members).
