Oblique FIT February
We are well and truly in the hustle and bustle of 2018! This will be our second Oblique FIT session of 2018 and we can’t wait to see you again at The Hoxton!
Oblique FIT is the perfect way to start your weekend, month and even year! The format is the same as always starting with a HIIT class with the amazing Seema Parmar and followed by a Yoga class with the super Zoe Shinn. If you have not attended the classes yet you really need to because everyone who has been has felt the benefit!
The sessions will be as follows:
10: 30 – 11:15am: Strength (Seema)
11: 30 – 12:30pm: Yoga (Zoe)
[Classes are £10 for members and £15 for non members].
We are also launching a whole new element to the workout with a sit down brunch post work out. This will be after the Yoga session from 1230 costs £20. It is a great post workout meal and given the numbers that have stayed for brunch after past sessions this will be even better.
